The agency’s Governing Board is comprised of one member appointed by each of our five member agencies. The Governing Board members represent their member agency and serve in the capacity of Police Chief, Fire Chief, City Manager, or Public Agency Executive. Each year a Chair & Vice-Chairperson is elected to serve a one-year term.
YECA Board Members do not receive a stipend to attend meetings.
