Accountant Recruitment Process

Step 1: Resume & Application Review

  • Entails reviewing initial resumes for those applicants meeting the minimum job requirements.  Applicants meeting minimum requirements will be sent an email requesting additional information.  Those application packages will be screened based on the criteria outlined on the website.  Candidates with the most relevant qualifications will be invited for an interview by the agency.

Step 2: Oral Interview

Step 3: Background / Reference Checks

Step 4: Conditional Offer of Employment

Step 5: Physical Exam & Drug Screening

Step 6: Final Job Offer ~ Congratulations!
