Applicants meeting minimum requirements will be invited for an initial test, application packages must be received by 5:00 P.M. February 4, 2021, to be considered for initial testing.
We are currently recruiting to fill Dispatcher I/II classifications. Candidates who successfully pass the pre-employment testing and interview process will be placed into Dispatcher or Dispatch Assistant classifications based on their testing scores and ranking.
The highest scoring successful candidates will be placed in the available vacant Dispatcher series positions. Subsequent successful candidates will be placed in the available vacant Dispatcher Assistant series positions. The Dispatcher Assistant classification is the entry step into the Dispatcher series and if meeting performance standards may be given preferential promotion opportunities when Dispatcher classification vacancies occur.
